Stability and security

· Switzerland is regarded as one of the most attractive business locations in Europe. Its political stability, together with a monetary policy whose successful track record stretches back over many years, central position in Europe and well-qualified, multilingual labour force make our country a preferred environment in which to think, work and live with high productivity.

Economic motor Greater Zurich Area

· The HZW and its around 13,300 m² of commercial space is located in Wallisellen, a community bordering on the city of Zurich. The local infrastructure could hardly be better: Zurich Airport is a few minutes away, as is the A1 highway. The suburban railway lines operated by the Zurich S-Bahn public transport network and the Glattalbahn Light Rail («Belair» stop directly in front of the HZW) provide links with Zurich city, Zurich Airport and the entire region.

Attractive tax situation

· A corporate base in Wallisellen offers tax advantages. Compared to other European countries, corporate taxation is particularly low. Holding companies and other corporate forms may be able to take advantage of favourable tax optimisations. The relocation of high tax revenue generating companies to Wallisellen has resulted in a favourable tax rate which has remained stable for some years.

Public transport is growing in importance

· The public transport network leaves nothing to be desired. Buses and Glattalbahn light railway trains (connections to Zurich Airport and Zurich city stop right outside the HZW). In addition, Wallisellen station is within walking distance and from there trains run to Zurich city, Winterthur and the Oberland and Zimmerberg regions (left bank of Lake Zurich).

Well-situated for private transport

· You can get straight from the HZW to the A1, Switzerland's most important highway, in three minutes without crossing the city traffic. This means that you can be quickly on your way from the HZW underground car park in any direction, not only to Bern, Basel or central Switzerland, but also to the St. Gallen - eastern Switzerland region.

A wide choice close at hand

· Switzerland's biggest shopping centre, the Glatt with its many specialist shops, is in easy reach. In the immediate vicinity of the HZW is a well-kept 4-star business hotel with restaurant and meeting rooms. In addition, many service companies are located within walking distance in the centre of Wallisellen. There's no lack of facilities here whether for fitness & fun or relaxation & revitalisation.
